U.S. Representative Paul Henry served this area well until his untimely death in 1993. He had a deep commitment to the environment and those who live in this area.
It is in recognition of his contributions to this area that the Thornapple Trail Association dedicated the trail in his memory.
The trail association hopes all those who ride or walk along the trail will remember Paul Henry and commit themselves to public service and preserving the environment for the future.
